Our unique streamlined creation process will save you time and money by simplifying

Potter Digital's 6‐step process is the industry‐leading Web Creation process.
1. Package Selection:
Choose a package that best suits your needs and budget. This package can be upgraded or downgraded at any time during the creation process.
2. Information Gathering:
Fill out our simple questionnaire. This will give us the basic information we need to begin the design process.
3. Visual Design:
Or creative and marketing experts will create several different designs for your consideration. Each design will simply be a static picture of your homepage and sub‐ pages without any content. This allows you to see the visual layout of your website. You can then tweak and approve the final visual design.
4. Live Demo:
This is when our professional programmers and web developers take over. Your approved visual design is programmed into HTML, PHP, Java, and any other technology needed to integrate your approved design. This allows you to see a live, content‐free, working version of your website including sub‐pages and animations. This will also identify exactly when content is needed from you.
5. Content insertion:
Now that you know exactly what content we need, it will be easy for you to provide us
with the content (includes text, pictures, and videos) we need.
If you need help finding the perfect images or videos, we can help.
We will then efficiently and seamlessly insert the content into the website, creating a
completed, "launch demo" of your website.
6. Launch:
After you have reviewed the completed launch demo and made any final changes, we will officially launch your website. Any additional SEO or Social Media services will be launched simultaneously, introducing your new thriving web presence to the world.
